✅ You are at least 18 years of age

✅Anything more then 10 minutes late will be taken off the photoshoot time.

✅Deposit is non refundable. Only one reschedule will be permissible at photographers discretion.

✅You will not screen share any images that have not been purchased in a preview. It is against the law to steal images prior to purchase.

✅In the almost impossible occurrence images are destroyed or stolen prior to delivery KCollections Photography is only liable up to the amount that was paid for your session.

✅You have chosen KCollections Photography on observation of the portfolio provided . Edits will be made within reasonable limits . Images will be smoothed and delivered under professional quality . Severe edits to alter the visibility of the body is not under my style as my operating principle is embracing yourself as you come.

✅ Wardrobe guides have been provided with guidance available up until the day of the shoot . A reshoot will not be offered based on dissatisfaction based upon wardrobe selected.

✅Upon messaging back ‘I agree’ please select (A) I do not want any images used for marketing and social media (B) You can use all images from my session for marketing and social media (C) I will select which images KCollections Photography can use for marketing and social media upon delivery of my album.

✅Upon response please indicate:

1. I prefer to keep it a lite session fully clothed at all times (ie; oversized button down)

2. I want to push the envelope and I’m open to shots that may give the appearance of being naked like posed in sheets while being tastefully covered.

3. Anything goes
